Introduce terms of Congressmen to 4- two year terms max 8 yrs and 2- six year terms for senatores 12 yrs max

Too often Senators and Congressmen become entrenched in their office and do not represent the people after several years in office. If they were restricted to total lifetime service of two senate terms or 4 house terms we would really have a revolving representation.
This reform is need to make government more responsible to the people rather than long term politicians seeking to use seniority to get special spending in their district.
By returning to the public , past politicians would have to live with their laws.
Their pensions and health care would be more like regular people rather than large payouts.
Politicians with a limited horizon to serve would vote more often for the ideals they ran on to be elected.
