Invade all of our international enemies under the guise of an "Alien Invasion" in order to avoid international law.

The United States government needs to improve it's relations with other countries of the world as well as establish it's benevolent role as world master and peace-keeper for good. Now, the international community will naturally have a problem with this. This is where the "aliens" come in. We need to build up our military in secret, and then use half of it to invade countries we don't like and/or don't like us. The Heads of State of the countries that we don't like will be wiped out by the "aliens". Then, the greatest country in the world (that's us), will swoop in and save the day, using the other half of our military, even if it is a little too late for those poor heads of state. This will wipe out the people we don't like and leave the rest of the world to revere us as world peacekeeper
