Invalidate any law that excludes a specific group from its rules or obligations. Writing laws that only benefit or penalize a specific group is detrimental to the basic premise of equality in America.
A prime example would be the group of laws referred to as "Obamacare." Congress should not have been allowed to write a law that exempted themselves and other government officials.
