We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

To Invalidate Votes that Support Actionable Hate Speech

Created by E.L. on November 10, 2016

Based on widespread violence and unlawful acts throughout the USA following the results of the election on November 8, 2016, we the people seek to send a message to those who have chosen hate as their method of communication that their votes are no longer valid under US law punishing actionable hate speech.

Especially that votes for the Trump/Pence campaign are, in and of themselves, consisting of hate speech so dangerous that it poses an imminent danger of unlawful action as evinced by events following the election results, that the votes intended to incite such action by their very nature, and there is the likelihood that such unlawful action has been the consequence of the speech as constituted by the votes.
