Invasion of one's private thoughts should be classified as a Felony and fall under the "Identity Theft" Law.

"Invasion of my private thoughts" My description of my petition is do to my current situation having people all over the world acessing my private thoughts under "Hidden Extra Sensory Perception", I feel that invasion of ones private thoughts should be classified as a Felony and should fall under the already known statute "Identity Theft"and "Invasion of Privacy" . If someone steals your Identification card or assumes your identity, they will get penalized, It should be more pertinent if someone uses Paraphyschology, Parascience or Paranormal activity, to assume another's identity, invade my private thought's and use the information to publically humiliate me and invade my private thoughts, I already have copywritten my thoughts under TX7-426-503, so it IS against the Law.
