Invest 1 billion dollars to each state for clean renewable resources.

Mankind needs to face the facts about our impact on Earth. The exponential growth over the past 100 years has led us to depend on natural resources to exist. I ask the President to invest 1 billion dollars to each state for clean renewable resources creating energy therefore reducing the United States global impact on the Earth. Having a clear, clean, usable source of energy in front of you and not taking advantage of it is ridiculous. We have a massive variety of climates and geographical landscapes in the United States producing massive amount of energy right under our nose! Please think of our children and the future of the United States. We need a new energy plan and we have the resources, means, workforce, money, and more to change this problem.
