Invest in the American public, by building and operating a Nationalized Oil Refinery to maintain credible supply of oil

As oil production in the Unites States continues to grow to an all time high, We the people have been burdened with the cost of fuel purchases. The costs have now been determinant to be a simple effect of supply and demand which the oil industry is aware of this matter. When the price of Consumer Gasoline show signs of dropping, a refinery goes off-line for maintenance. There have been several report explaining the rise in cost of gasoline is related to out dated refineries going off-line for various reasons. If there was a Nationalized refinery that could produce Petroleum products efficiently and safely, taking in account of environmental issues we could be completely independent of foreign oil, as well as bring down the price of consumer fuel. Lower gas will fuel the economy.
