Invest and deport Jasmine Sun

i am a American critizen living in California now. when i was a child, i got this horrible case in my country. In 1995, Tsinghua university student Ling, Zhu was poisoned twice by lethal chemical: Thallium, lead Ling,Zhu permanent paralysis, destory a outstanding girl's life at all. Her roommate Wei, Sun, (now she changed her as SHIYING,SUN), and has already confirm she was suspect in this case after 3 three years, but because her family member has huge political power, so let she escaped to the U.S.A, and now changed a new name and got green card . Hope U.S government can deport SHIYING, SUN and let her get the punishment she deserve for her crimes , make a justice to victim as soon as possible.
