Guo Sha as a single female associate professor of Yangtze University, Jinzhou City, Hubei Province in China, is encountered strong shocks in her own apartment in the evening on August 22, 2010. Guo sha feels the severe dizziness and can not walk. Then she has suffered location attack from manual defibrillation to distant electromagnetic wave for three years.
Guo Sha previously conflicted with the downstairs neighbor in Yangtze University residential area. (The owner of downstairs apartment settled abroad in 2004. Now his aunt named Zhou Cuilan lives here.). She has been Harassed by noise and tracking (and even some underworld people) for 7 years.
