Invest in DNA Testing to Liberate Innocent Prsioners. This will ease the burden on tax payers and avoid gross injustice.

Way too many people are wrongfully imprisoned in a system that is full of flaws and injustice. There needs to be a significant investment in DNA testing to liberate innocent individuals who have been incarcerated based on concocted and manipulated testimonies in many cases by persons on parole who are trying to redeem themselves. Government needs to pour billions of dollars into DNA testing in order to save trillions of dollars on keeping people incarcerated who should not be there in the first place. These savings can then be redirected into more worthwhile projects.It is outrageous to convict innocent people based on flimsy testimonies.
