Dear President Barack Obama,
I am Julia; come from Kachin minority ethnic group in Myanmar. My petition is mainly concern on Education. The education system of Myanmar schools and universities are very poor compare with other Asian countries such as Singapore and Hong Kong. No International company recognizes the degree from Myanmar University when apply for the job. Lower Education makes people unemployment. Thus, I would like to request you to launch a University with professional professors in Myanmar , so that Myanmar young people can study well instead of looking for scholarship and studying in foreign countries.
