Invest on firearms that can detect/turn owner's fingerprints, and automatically shuts off once first bullet hits a human

Instead of limiting the second amendment's liberty, we should upgrade our weapons. The American people should invest on newer weapons that protects our self, our families, our neighbors and friends. Such describtion of weaponry: Weapons must recognise owner's fingerprints, so the owner's child or any close relative does not use the weapon without proper care. Second, ammunition must be upgraded to a 'Five Sense' mode, that is, the weapon will automatically shot off if the bullet senses a human's blood, if it senses a human's scream, and so forth. However, these weapons will be called commercial, because it will be the public who will use the weapons. The police will be able to use technology of their own choice. ... a burglar, the safety weapon should only shoot 5 bullets after detection.
