Invest in getting pure water to all citizens

Bottled water companies use many harmful chemicals in creating bottles that are often thrown away. The bottles are hazardous to the environment. The water inside also tends to be unhealthier and taste worse than that of tap water. Bottled water has to meet fewer guidelines than tap.
If we can make sure every American has access to clean water, we can wean America off of bottled water. Carrying a reusable bottle is extremely manageable. Bottles are an unnecessary complication in our lives. We know this is possible because bottled water has already been banned in a town in the U.S. Along with a handful of other towns throughout the world.
