ISP giants such as AT&T and Comcast impose a 250GB bandwidth cap per month, putting customers at the risk of extra charges if breached. Many rural areas, some mere miles outside of population centers, do not even have access to broadband lines, settling for dial-up or unreliable wireless connections.
