Invest in the infrastructure and reduce the unemployment rate in a wise and responsible way.

In order to modernize our infrastructure we should invest in installing our power lines underground. This project should take 10 to 30 years to complete as to not take up to much of the budget. It will put Americans back to work i.e, (excavation, rolling out the wire, electrical connections, engineering, on the job training for the recently unemployed). Continual power even during the worst of storms. Include easy access points for technicians. Having the power lines underground will make America more scenic and not a mangled and tangled mess. Keep Americans safe since there will be no more live fallen wires. It will keep our infrastructure from being disrupted by strong solar flares.
