Invest more in education so that educators can be paid a salary that will attract more qualified people to the field

By increasing the budget for education, and increasing the amount that educators are paid, we will increase the amount of people interested in working in that field. By increasing the amount of people interested in becoming educators, we will see an increase in the availability of quality teachers.
Today, qualified college students who have a passion for teaching may not pursue that field due to the fact that our educators are paid so poorly. These college students want to pursue a career that can sustain them financially throughout their life. For this reason, qualified and talented people are not becoming teachers and the children, the future of America, are being penalized for it. Thus, increasing teachers pay will increase the quality of education for the future of America.
