We as a people need to invest in the creation of a Halo, or Bishop Ring, with the objective of creating a stable and prosperous Space Station. This Space station will have the ability of self sustaining agriculture, a robust shipping apparatus, and the ability to end World Hunger. If implemented this will be the biggest infrastructure project ever undertaken by any country, new industries will be created and the unemployment rate with drop almost to zero. With Manufacturing, Transportation, Agriculture to be started before Colonization. We will also need other super structures like Space Elevators and a new Shuttle.
