Dear Mr. President,
We the American people urge you to set aside funds for the most vital goal of protecting mankind's future by increasing the investment of the United States government in the development of space missions and technologies. We wish to see it become a priority that is give at least 1 billion dollars in funding. We believe this to be a most noble and vital undertaking due to the benefits not only to our own nation, but to humanity as a whole. New sources of resources, new territory, and an insurance of humanities long term survival are but a few of the great riches that seeking this path may bring. So we see it wise to seek these goals hand in hand with our fellow nations for a better tomorrow for humanity.
