Allocate USD ~750 Billion to build a national grid of 840 of these power-tubes (enough to power every American household).
Allocate another USD ~750 Billion to accommodate maintenance and security over the next 80 years (the lifetime of each power-tube).
The Results:
1. Free power to American households.
2. Saving USD 60 Billion/year in energy costs, household/consumer spending skyrockets.
