Invest in the US's future buy including at least a 2 year college education for every American.

The US needs to lead in the world and the only way to do this is to invest in our country's future by investing in education. A 2 year college degree should be included to every American wishing to continue their education. To assure that the government does not waste their money all students wishing to continue their education will have to maintain a grade on "C" or high average. If not you will be in default of you contract with the US Government and will be responsible for paying back the US government for your waste. This is the true and only way to move a people forward and to lead in the world by pushing education and also putting a responsibility clause to all student to avoid waste.
