Investagate the Right To Work Law.

The right to work law does not work for anyone. According to the law a Company can terminate a employee with out justification. According to the law a employee can quit without notification or reason. Why is it that a person applying for a new position at a new company needs to explain why they left their old position? Why does an employee have to give proper notice before quiting in order to recieve any of their benefits? According to the law this should not apply. This policy lets anyone in the Company do as they please to an employee which means that the Companies are overturning all the Labor Laws right before your eyes with out being held accountable. Employee's under these conditions have no rights at all. This law works only for the Companies! Employee's need protection.
