This petition is in effort to investigate the 1983 neurosurgical craniectomy surgery performed by Dr. Joseph Piepmeier Et Al at Yale New Haven Hospital. This radical surgery was voluntarily performed on David Graff when a child of 7 years. Today Yale has purged most of the records, provided a poor excuse, & continues to hide behind its error which they are illegally omitting.
