The so-called Freedom From Religion Foundation, started in 1978 and is headquartered in Madison WI . They can believe & say what they want under one part of the First Amendment. However, they attack the rights of other honest, caring, law-abiding American citizens in OTHER STATES to simply practice their religion. In Rhode Island they attacked the display of a cross in a public monument that does have historical significance. Furthermore, in a national story, the FFRF went all the way down to Texas and fought against a nice, friendly, excellent group of school cheerleaders who wanted to display their faith. The school wasn't sponsoring it; the displays were the cheerleaders idea. Furthermore, there's historical significance (FCA) and the area has rich Christian tradition.
