2. This petition was started in order to bring to light the hidden offenses of Ninth Circuit Judge Richard C. Tallman who committed perjury and subornation of perjury in the Hinkson case in order to guarantee a conviction of an innocent man.
3. By signing this Petition, each signatory can be satisfied that they have done their part to preserve the freedoms and liberties we as Americans are supposed to enjoy because of equal justice under the law.
