It is becoming more and more apparent that Justice Scalia has no regard for biases or simple decency when conducting business in our nation's highest court.
Most recently in Fisher v. University of Texas, he claimed that black people needed to go to 'less advanced' schools because the university might be too fast for them.
His dissent in Lawrence v. Texas was along the lines of all but treating same sex relationships like they should be a crime. Even in 1996 for the dissent in Romer v. Evans he likens same sex relations to murder, child pornography and prostitution.
It is ridiculous that someone who is supposed to be impartial has such outlandish preconceived notions regarding race and sexuality before even hearing another argument. Please investigate and/or proceed to remove him.
