With an ever increasing amount of lawsuits against pharmaceutical companies in regards to dangerous side effects and damages incurred on the general population, there appears to be a fault within either the FDA regulatory testing structure or something is wrong.
I would like to see an investigation into the current mass of drugs recalled or having suit filed against them.
Why are these dangerous drugs being passed into market? Who is at fault for missing the dangers over and over again?
