Investigate the abuse of police power against Occupy Wall Street protesters and prosecute those responsible.

Created by A.P. on October 30, 2011

All over the nation, police have been using undue force against protesters in support of the Occupy Wall Street movement. From the pepper spraying of already subdued, nonviolent protestors to the use of tear gas and rubber bullets that send peaceful protestors to the hospital with serious, potentially life threatening injuries, this sort of action against people practicing their constitutional right to peacefully assemble needs to stop and those responsible need to be punished to the full extent of the law.
