The Condominium Associated of River Island Estates put a lien on it.I hired Ackerman -'which I filed a complaint against him with OSB'- to take care of the Lien that was imposed on me by the River Island Estates. Ackerman, sent a letter to my nephew vilifying me, then forged my sister’s signature, hired Ms. Lee from Barnhart Associates to sell our fully paid condo, marketed $150,000.00 in 1998' They paid us $42,000
