Examples of abuse is - an employee of the Tampa VA Hospital told me the Atlanta VA RO 2 years ago hired untrained civilians to help them move veterans claims along quicker. These employees were told to just DENY the claims and make the veterans go through the process of Appealing their case.
At the St. Pete (FL) VARO, Director Kerrie Witty is well aware of her staff's negligence and refuses to act upon it. What is sad is US Senator's Rubio and Nelson are aware of the neglect veterans are suffering at the hands of Witty and her staff, yet they refuse to act upon the intel.
