The National Endowment for Democracy (NED) and United States Agency for International Development (USAID) have sent millions of dollars into Venezuela under the guise of promoting democracy. This money has been used by extremist opposition groups to incite violence against the government. This petition demands that President Obama order the attorney general and secretary of state to investigate the activities of the NED and USAID in Venezuela. This petition also demands that President Obama support a congressional investigation into the matter.
