Investigate & address violations of the 6th amendment & abuse of judicial power

Regarding the case of Rubashkin vs United States, we petition that President Obama investigate & address violations of the 6th amendment & abuse of judicial power, specifically regarding 2 issues:
1. Rubashkin was given 27 years for first-time offence in financial fraud, whereas 2nd or 3rd time offenders usually recieve 3 years
2. Presiding judge Linda Reade was discovered to be involved in the Postville raid & the arrest of Sholom Rubashkin, & could never be impartial, & therefore must be taken off the case. This should also lead to giving Rubashkin a new & fair trial.
These issues are a clear violation of the 6th amendment & a clear abuse of judicial power. For the sake of the rights of all Americans, these issues should be investigated & addressed.
