We the People believe that the Administration in conjunction with Congress passed the Affordable Care Act not because it was in the best interest of the nation, but instead was in the personal interest of those who voted for it. This plan is neither affordable nor sensible and by forcing it into the 'law of the land' against the voice of the People our nation has been betrayed.
We the People request an investigation into every member of congress and the administration for any payment, stipend, kickback, or any other element of value that demonstrates a personal benefit to the individual for the passage of the ACA. Any person found to be receiving personal benefit for supporting ACA should be tried for treason and subject to the penalties appertaining.
