Investigate the airline industry price guaging practices and overbooking passengers. Mergers created lack of competition

Created by V.I. on February 13, 2013

Far too long consumers have paid the price of higher fare, poor service, delays and overbookings by the airline industry. It seems after they received the government bailout, things has gotten even worse. They claim allowing them to merge will reduce operating costs, reduce fares, and improve travel. So far, the opposit is happening. We are paying higher than ever fares to travel, children are now paying full ticket price as adults, more delays and overbooking passengers. The consumers has not benefitted at all and this is unfair. It seems like they took our bailout money and now taking advantage of us. It is time that your administration engage this price guaging tactics. I understand that you are no longer flying like us, but those of us who do need your help! Stop airline greed sir.
