Every project has run overs on budget. Every project is ridiculously behind schedule and there seems to be no over site. These projects disrupt lives, disrupt commerce and the local and state government seem to turn a blind eye to the plight of the people who depend on the system. This needs to be investigated for corruption and mismanagement.
