As leader of the Democratic Party, President Obama has an obligation to step in and relieve the obviously rigged manner in which the DNC is holding its primaries across the country. Reports of voter disenfranchisement are rampant and continuing to ignore this situation undermines the Democratic Party and the office of the President.
