Mr Sanders is guilty of the following treasonous activities:
- Associating with known Soviet-loyal organizations Kibbutz Sha'ar Ha'amakim (KSH) and anti-Semitic Soviet advocacy group Hashomer Hatzair;
- n the 1980s Sanders openly worked against US foreign policy interests with Soviet organizations whose purpose was to stop the US policy of Soviet containment. At this time Sanders honeymooned in the Soviet Union.
- In 1985 Sanders offered aid and comfort to enemies of the United States, specifically Daniel Ortega and his Marxist Sandinista government.
- In 1989 Sanders swore an oath to the Communist Party USA fronted 'US Peace Council.'
