"Rocker" Ted Nugent has made many threatening statements toward President Barack Obama, as well as many statements which can only be construed as both treasonous and seditionist.
These statements include the following:
"He is an evil, dangerous man who hates America and hates freedom. And we need to fix this as soon as possible."
"is attempting to re-implement the tyranny of King George that we escaped from in 1776, and if you want another Concord Bridge, I got some buddies."
"”If Barack Obama becomes the president in November, again, I will be either be dead or in jail by this time next year.”
These statements are clearly treasonous and threatening and therefore not protected by the First Amendment. Please arrest him and stop allowing him to use media outlets to spread sedition.
