Investigate and Audit the California Franchise Tax Board for gross Fraudulent Tax Practices against U.S. citizens

The California Franchise Tax Board is and has been for many years now fraudulently charging tax money from its own residents and residents of other states on an alarming scale, in direct neglect of clear evidence to the contrary, which demonstrates there being no legitimate claim for pursual of such judgments and forced withdrawal of personal savings from private bank accounts that has occurred -- even in cases of direct IRS investigations into identity thefts resulting in exoneration of U.S. citizens from any tax fraud. Lives of simple and honest families are literally being ruined in the process. Many such incidents continue to grow and are easily viewed by searching online. The California FTB appears to think itself a law of its own. Stealing from United States citizens is a crime.
