When the number of votes cast in a precinct exceed the number of registered voters in that precinct, or when deceased voters have cast ballots or when voters unlawfully cast votes in multiple polls or any other act of defrauding the American people of a free, open and fair election has been compromised, we the citizens of these United States of America demand that all such incidents be documented, openly reported, investigated and the findings openly published to the American people through readily accessible media.
We also recommend new federal laws standardizing formal voter identification and a national voter registration role to enable future free, open and fair elections.
