1. There may be domestic or foreign terrorist operating in connection with recent riots in Ferguson, MO which should be investigated.
2. If terrorist activity is found that should be made public and those responsible prosecuted.
3. The investigation must be sensitive to protect those pursuing their free speech rights to bring change and improvement to their community in a peaceful and legal way.
4. Criminal activity is not terrorism but may have been directed or encouraged by those trying to create terror in America. Purpose of the Federal Investigaton is to find terrorist and leave criminal activity to local enforcement.
7. There is concern terrorist may use events such as taking place in Ferguson under cover of criminal activity.
