Senator Joni Ernst of Iowa recently signed a letter to the Iranian government in regards to the active nuclear talks. She signed this along with 46 other Senators.
Senator Ernst is a military officer with the Iowa National Guard. President Obama is her direct Commander in Chief. This petition asks whether Senator Ernst violated any law or policy forbidding active military reserve officers to undermine the Commander-in-Chief. This petition seeks to investigate whether Senator Ernst broke any chain of command and violated any rule within the Uniformed Code of Military Justice.
