Animal abuse is all around us, and the abusers just simply arent being punished! Please enforce some sort of law against animal abuse to give these poor animals a voice!
Not only does this occur domestically, but it also occurs to performing animals, wild animals, and in the pet mills from which pet store chains purchase animals from.
