Ensure the right of every eligilble natural American citizen of legal age to exercise their right to vote in any election, at any time, by any means, and to ensure that their vote is clearly and fairly counted. Votes that are cast must be incorruptible and unchangeable, once the voter has made their choice, and vote counting methods must be transparent and reproducible, with no errors or margins. Tallies must be counted and collected in a clear and transparent chain of custody. "Found" ballots are not acceptable, and anyone found in possession of "found" ballots will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law for vote tampering. Anyone who restricts access to voting through requirmenst for special identification, relocation of voting centers, or denial of ballots, will also be prosecuted.
