Whereas the Occupy demonstrators have been characteristically peaceful in exercising their Constitutional Rights of Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Assembly, we the people petition the President of the United States to direct the Attorney General to investigate and, where appropriate, to prosecute police officers and any other public or private officials for their disproportionate and excessive use of force through means of chemical warfare weapons including tear gas and pepper spray, projectiles including rubber bullets, lethal weapons such as clubs, and various other violent and illegal means to deny Occupy demonstrators their Constitutional Rights.
