Investigate and prosecute criminal activity conducted by the previous administration

Created by E.T. on November 18, 2011

The administration under George W Bush, is believed to have committed crimes that are punishable and may have warranted impeachment. In the interest of accountability, democracy, and fairness, these crimes should be investigated and prosecuted. Politically powerful individuals should not be above the law under the guise of "moving on." We are a nation of laws, not men. These offenses include but are not limited to: 1. 18.USC.371- Conspiracy to defraud the United States; by misleading the Congress who authorized the use of military engagement. 2. 50.USC.421 - revealing the identity of an undercover CIA operative for political purposes. 3. 18.USC.2340, 1990 UN Treaty, 8th Amendment to US Constitution - engaging in torture. 4. Improper firing of US attorneys for political gain.
