Texas judge Jean Boyd committed a senseless miscarriage of justice when she allowed Ethan Couch to avoid prison for drunk driving and theft which resulted in multiple deaths and injuries. Boyd's decision in this case was based on the Affluenza argument that Couch should receive leniency based on his wealthy upbringing. Prior to this, Jean Boyd sentenced a 14 year old African-American boy for 10 years for punching a man who later died. This juvenile did not have the proper resources to see the same justice as Couch. The founding fathers did not intend for the ideals of America to be purchased, that being said We The People want a federal investigation and prosecution for misuse of authority, civil rights violations, and accepting bribes. America is not up for sale.
