Investigate and prosecute as necessary war crimes committed in the name of the American people in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Created by D.M. on November 13, 2012

While the incident of September 11th, 2001 has had some congressional investigation, events that followed have not been. It is believed by many that significant war crimes have occurred, including but not limited to torture, misleading the American public into a rationale for war, and entering into war without a congressional declaration of war.

No person, despite having high public office, should be immune to the law. Everything should at least be completely investigated and the results released to the public.
