We the people demand that the Presidential Administration order the Justice Department to immediately conduct an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the assault against Christopher Marque and, if warranted, prosecute those teens involved and those responsible for the promotion of their actions for hate crimes under 18 U.S. Code, 249.
