A US citizen paid a $54,000 bribe to Zimbabweans to lure an iconic lion from a national park in Zimbabwe and to kill it. He should be found and prosecuted for violating the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act for bribing a foreign official; as well as being extradited to Zimbabwe for prosecution for poaching.
