Investigate and Reform Corruption within the Department of Social Services, so-called Child Protective Services.

Created by D.C. on April 24, 2013

We ask the Obama administration to investigate, reform and create laws that keep D.S.S. from abducting people's children, unnecessarily. That case workers guilty of abuse of authority and violation of parental rights be given no immunity. No statute of limitation on unlawful abduction of children by overzealous or just, plain devious case workers, where it can be proven that they've lied, made false documentation or perjured themselves. That they be prosecuted no matter how many years have gone by. Expose their secretive practices, (including drugging of abducted children they can't control) their lies cover-ups and biased judges. Enforce laws they must follow before, during and after abductions. Make them give an account for why they'd rather keep someone's children than reunite a family.
